2. TRADE TESTING AND TRAINING

By trade testing and training, our clients will be assured of getting competent and high-caliber personnel. Included in the training are safety orientation, proper usage & maintenance of tools and equipments and enhancement of work attitude or character of an individual worker.

3. MEDICAL EXAMINATION
Selected applicants undergo medical check-up through our company's tie-up medical clinic in accordance with standard procedures to ensure our clients that every worker deployed is certified physically and mentally fit to work.

4. POEA AND EMBASSY PROCESSING
7107 Islands Placement & Promotions, Inc. guarantees that all Filipino manpower deployed have been processed and approved by Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and Embassy of Country of Assignments. Our company makes sure that all workers dispatched have passed through all the legal processing requirements.

5. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT
Our company is backed-up by various well -known travel agencies in arranging flight travel, booking and ticketing of selected manpower and ensures clients of timely dispatch of the required personnel (workers).

6. AFTER DISPATCH SERVICE
It is our company policy to contact our clients after the deployment of our workers to check and monitor workers' status, particularly their working attitude, work performance, health, accommodation and other matters pertaining to their employment. Our company promotes constant coordination with clients.
