You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site.

We are under no legal obligation to, and generally do not, control the information provided by other users, which is made available through the Web Site. By its very nature, other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that you will use caution and common sense when using this Web Site.

8. This Agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason at any time. Sections three (3) and six (6) through eight (8) of this Agreement shall survive such termination.

9. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES REFERRED TO HEREIN CONTAIN THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, AND MAY BE AMENDED AT ANY TIME UPON NOTICE FROM  7107 Island Placement and Promotion Agency. BY CONTINUING TO USE 7107 Island Placement and Promotion Agency, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
